By using MegaDeal, you agree to these terms for account use, listing content, auctions, purchases, and dispute handling.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and verification details.
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
- Do not impersonate others or misuse platform services.
Listings, Bids, and Orders
- Listings must be lawful, accurate, and compliant with platform policies.
- Placed bids may be binding based on auction type and status.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for timely fulfillment after confirmed orders.
Payments, Delivery, and Disputes
Payments and logistics are processed through supported partners and platform workflows. Disputes should be raised within the stated timeline with supporting evidence.
Enforcement and Changes
We may suspend or restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
